One of the basic services of KUPS in the field of steel processing is sheet metal bending and rolling. The sheet metal bending process consists of permanent deformation under the influence of a bending moment, without affecting the integrity of the metal sheet.
Our machine park enables us to bend sheets with the edge method and with the help of rollers. We are equipped with a modern press brake TOSKAR EASY FAB 2600 120, allowing for bending sheets of width 2600mm and with pressure of 120t. The most important advantages of modern press brakes include: 100% repeatability of shapes, the ability to bend complex design shapes, high precision and speed of the production process.
We provide sheet metal rolling services, with material dimensions up to width of 1000mm, thickness up to 3mm and minimum winding diameter of 130mm.
